What is vacuum insulated glass?

LandVac™ is a tempered Vacuum Insulated Glass (VIG) manufactured by LandGlass. Designed to deliver exceptional thermal performance, LandVac combines advanced vacuum insulation technology with outstanding noise reduction, condensation resistance, and a slim, modern glass profile.

Suitable for both new builds and retrofit projects, LandVac can often be integrated into existing window frames while providing significantly improved insulation compared with conventional insulating glass units (IGUs).

Benefits of Vacuum Insulated Glass

01

Exceptional Thermal Performance

Vacuum Insulated Glass delivers significantly better insulation than standard single glazing and can outperform many conventional double-glazed and triple-glazed units.

02

Improved Energy Efficiency

Superior insulation helps reduce heat loss during winter and heat gain during summer, supporting a more energy-efficient building.

03

Reduced Condensation

The advanced vacuum technology helps minimise internal condensation, improving comfort and visibility while protecting surrounding building materials.

04

Outstanding Acoustic Performance

VIG can significantly reduce external noise, helping create quieter and more comfortable living and working environments.

05

Slim Profile Design

Unlike bulky triple glazing systems, Vacuum Insulated Glass achieves exceptional performance in a thinner, lighter glazing unit.

06

High Visible Light Transmission

LandVac allows natural daylight to enter your building while maintaining excellent thermal performance.
